PCCD Final with Cartech Motorsport

PCCD - The Carrera Cup Deutschland provides a platform for both professional and amateur drivers to compete in high-level motorsport. It's known for its competitive nature and has been a stepping stone for many drivers on their way to professional racing careers, including those who have gone on to compete in events like the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA World Endurance Championship.

The series typically includes a number of races held at different tracks across Germany, and it's often associated with high-profile events like the DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters) race weekends. The winner of the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland is often rewarded with opportunities to progress further in the world of motorsport.

I had the honor of documenting the last race weekend at Hockenheim for Team Cartech / Bonk Motorsport. The team is fielding three drivers: Michael Essmann and Ahmad Al Shehab in the Pro AM class, and Theo Oeverhaus, who made his debut in the Carrera Cup during his rookie season.

The Team had a great weekend with the Win in the Pro-Am class on Saturday by Michael Essmann.

Theo Oeverhaus secured the Rookie Championship in his first season.

On Sunday, Ahmad Al Shehab topped off the weekend with his first-place finish in the Pro-Am class of the race.

A perfect way to end the Racing Season with the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland.
