Sportec Open House Day - Sub1000 Premiere
On Saturday, August 19, 2023, Sportec AG in Höri Switzerland opened its doors for the annual Open House Day.
Since the beginning of 2022, they have a motorsport workshop. For the first time, they opened their doors to the general public, and everyone was warmly invited. At Werk 2 in Höri, various racing vehicles from current and past series were on display.
Our well-known location, Werk 1, was also open and showcased various Porsche Classic items.
The highlight of the event was the world premiere of the Sub1000.

With the SUB1000, we have created our own series of backdate-restomod conversions. Pure, authentic, honest, uncompromising, and developed for emotional moments on the road. The entire vehicle – every single part – is rebuilt from the ground up. The SUB1000 offers the ultimate opportunity for genuine racing feeling on the asphalt.
The DNA of Sportec is clearly evident in this sports car. The extensive knowledge from motorsport, tuning, and engineering finds its place in this ultimate driving machine.
Despite the outside temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, the team wasn't deterred from testing some of their racing vehicles on the dynamometer for the audience's enjoyment.
